Production
After harvesting, our dates are carefully processed purely by hand, and we continuously monitor and supervise production on site.
The highest standards in quality assurance are important to us: regular food analyses, the use of foreign body detectors and complete traceability are a matter of course for us.
Our dates have been awarded certificates such as IFS Food, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, Halal and Kosher – proof of our commitment to excellent and safe quality.
